After you decide what type of mortgage to apply for, it is time to fill out your application.

We will also need documentation from you at this stage, including your W-2s, employment papers, pay stubs, and bank statements. The exact list of documents will depend on the type of mortgage for which you are applying.

Closing time is here.

Now you can close on the home and finalize the sale! You will finish your paperwork at this time. If you owe any closing costs, you will need to pay them. You will then receive the keys to your new home.
